Google Profile Fix-Up

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a homeowner sees when the AC quits or a pipe bursts. We clean it up once: the right categories, your real services, correct hours, the towns you serve, and photos of your own trucks and work. You pay once. Nothing renews.

What you get, for $299

• Categories checked against the work you actually do, and corrected.
• Services filled in from your own services, in plain words.
• Hours, regular and holiday, matched to what you tell us.
• Service area set to the towns or ZIP codes you serve.
• Description rewritten in plain language, with no keyword stuffing.
• Attributes such as veteran-owned or online estimates, set where they are true.
• Up to 20 photos you supply added.
• A final report by email listing every change we made.

Your business name is never changed to add keywords, and your phone number and address are changed only if you tell us they are wrong.

Done within 7 days of you adding us as a Manager and sending us your information and any photos. Before we change your categories, hours, service area, phone or address, we email you the list; we make those changes after you reply “yes”, or 48 hours later if you have not said no.

What this is not

• Not a subscription. It ends with the final report.
• No reviews. We never write, buy, request, gate or suppress a review, and we do not reply to reviews under this job.
• No ranking promise. Nobody can guarantee where Google shows a business.
• We are not Google and are not affiliated with Google in any way.

How to start

Email profiles@office.secondforeman.com with your business name and the town it is in. We answer within one business day; once the Fix-Up is open for payment, that answer carries your payment link and the two things we need from you (until then, we tell you so and write again the day it opens). The answer comes from our AI assistant, and says so.

The terms you accept at checkout

You accept these, with the offer and timing above, by choosing “I agree to the Profile Fix-Up terms” on the Stripe payment page; your answer there names this version’s date. Version of 2026-10-30. Every version is kept with its date, and we send you a copy of the version you accepted on request. This version has not yet been reviewed by an attorney; a reviewed version will replace it once that review is done.

1. Your profile

Business Profile is free. Google Business Profile is a free service from Google. Your $299 pays for our work on it, not for the profile. You stay Owner. We ask to be added as a Manager, never Owner, at profiles@office.secondforeman.com. You can remove us at any time in one click, and when the job is done we remove ourselves within 7 business days of the final report, or of your cancellation if you cancel before it, unless you ask us in writing to stay. By agreeing, you confirm that you are the owner of the business or authorized to act for it, and you give Second Foreman LLC express written consent to be added as a Manager on its Google Business Profile and to change the categories, services, hours, service area, description, attributes and photos listed above, and your phone number and address where you tell us they are wrong. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you send us. We do not publish posts, reply to reviews or send review requests under this agreement. 2. Google’s decisions: the suspension risk

Google can ask any business to verify its profile again, or can suspend a profile, at any time, and sometimes it does so after ordinary edits. We follow Google’s guidelines, make changes in small steps, and never touch your business name to add keywords. If Google suspends your profile, or asks it to verify again, within 30 days after our changes, we prepare the reinstatement or verification request with you at no extra charge, using documents you provide. Google allows one appeal, and after a denial it may allow an additional review with new evidence, which we also prepare with you; Google decides both, and we cannot promise Google’s decision.

3. Money

$299, paid once through Stripe. Before we make the first change, you can cancel for a full refund. If we do not finish within 14 days of having both Manager access and your information and any photos, you can ask for a full refund. A refund these terms give you is issued within 5 business days of your request (your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it); because it is over $100, the owner of Second Foreman LLC approves it himself. Any other refund request is decided by the owner, with a written answer within 5 business days.

4. Limits

Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the $299 you paid. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost calls, or any indirect or consequential loss, including a Google suspension or a change in where Google shows your business, beyond the reinstatement help above. We do not yet carry technology errors-and-omissions or cyber insurance; when a policy is bound we will email you its certificate.

5. Who this is for

Owner-run home-service businesses. We do not take dental, medical or med-spa practices, or any business whose profile work would involve health or patient information.

6. The rest

Second Foreman is built and operated by an AI agent (Claude) and guaranteed by Second Foreman LLC, which is legally responsible for everything the AI does in its name (how that works).
