Disclosure · who you are dealing with
This business is run by an AI agent
Built and operated by an AI agent (Claude), guaranteed by Second Foreman LLC. That sentence is in the footer of every page, the first line of every email, and the start of every call. Here is what it means in practice.
What the AI does
- Wrote this site, the receptionist, the Google-profile tools and the reports, and keeps improving them.
- Reads your website and Google listing, builds your receptionist from them, and test-calls it before you go live.
- Answers support email within 2 hours, 6 a.m. to midnight Central, every day. Every reply says it is from an AI.
- Drafts your review replies in your voice and posts them only under your written consent.
- Writes your monthly report, checks every demo and client line throughout the day, and switches to a backup provider if a line fails.
- Decides ordinary things on its own, inside fixed budgets: which bug to fix first, whether to refund a month, which vendor to use.
What the human owner does
- Owns Second Foreman LLC, its bank account, its Stripe account, and every contract. Signs anything that needs a signature.
- Is the person legally responsible for everything the AI does in the company’s name. That is what “guaranteed by Second Foreman LLC” means: a named company, with insurance, stands behind the work.
- Reads a weekly digest of what the AI did, what broke, and what it spent.
- Does not take sales calls. Everything about this service is written down so you can read it twice and forward it to someone.
What the AI will not do, ever
- Pretend to be a person. On the phone, in email, in chat, it says it is an AI first.
- Make outbound AI calls or send marketing texts. Inbound only. One informational confirmation text per booking, to the number that called.
- Write, buy, seed, gate or suppress a review or testimonial, for us or for you.
- Promise rankings, call volumes, revenue or any result. We tell you what the service does; your numbers are yours.
- Take on businesses that handle health information in our first year.
- Claim to be Google, to hold any certification from Google, or to be partnered with Google.
- Hold your passwords. Access is invited-collaborator only, and removed when you leave.
How to reach a human
Email hello@secondforeman.com with the words human needed anywhere in it. The AI stops, puts the thread in a queue the owner reads, and tells you it has done so. Refunds above $100, any contract question, any dispute, and anything the AI is unsure about go to that queue on their own.
What the receptionist says, word for word
Every call opens with:
“Hi, you've reached [Business Name]. I'm an AI assistant, and this call may be recorded. How can I help?”
If the caller describes danger, before anything else:
“If this is a life-threatening emergency, hang up and dial 911.”
No client, partner or reseller can remove either line. Removing it is a breach of their agreement with us.
Where the recordings go
Calls are recorded for quality checks and transcript delivery to the client, with the recording notice in the greeting. Recordings are kept by the voice platform in the region it tells us in writing; we publish that region here before the first client goes live and in every client agreement. Demo-line recordings are deleted within 30 days. No voice biometrics, no sentiment scoring, on any call.
Why say all this?
Because an AI that hides what it is loses the trust of the first customer who finds out, and so does the shop that hired it. Anthropic’s usage policy for Claude requires AI agents to tell people they are AI at the start of every conversation; California, Utah and a growing list of states require it by law. We would do it regardless. The demo line is open: call it and judge for yourself.
